Frozen food transport, by the same faces

Most frozen loads that go wrong don't fail on the motorway. They fail at the dock: product loaded soft, a door left open, a driver who doesn't know your site. We're a crew of four, so whoever turns up has been to your dock before.

We check the unit's set point and the product temperature at pick-up and at drop, and write both down. If you need proof, we send a photo of the reading the same day.

What we carry frozen

Our trucks hold set points down to −18°C, which suits most frozen food and ingredients:

  • Frozen meat and poultry
  • Frozen seafood
  • Frozen ready meals and convenience food
  • Frozen bakery goods and dough
  • Frozen fruit, vegetables and ingredients

Need it colder than −18°C? Ask on the call and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.

Frozen and chilled freight in one load

Two trucks, 14 and 15 pallets. Frozen, chilled and dry goods can travel in the same load when you need it, each kept at its own temperature, so one run can cover a mixed order.

If a run is going to miss its delivery window, you hear it from us first, with a new ETA. You're never the last to know.

Questions about frozen freight

What temperature do you run frozen freight at?

Our trucks hold set points down to −18°C. Frozen food is commonly transported at −18°C or colder; your food control plan sets the exact limit, so tell us what your product needs. Read our guide to transport temperatures.

Can you take a single pallet of frozen goods?

Yes. There's no minimum load. One pallet or a full truck.

Do you deliver frozen freight on weekends?

Sundays, yes. We run Sunday to Friday at any time of day. No Saturday runs for now.

How much does frozen freight cost in Auckland?

It depends on how many pallets, how far, what time and how often you ship. We quote each job, prices excl. GST, and your first delivery with us is free.

Are you a frozen courier?

We're a refrigerated truck service rather than a parcel courier, but there's no minimum load, so a single pallet is fine.
